Hydrogen Cross Border Conference 2023

The conference in 2023 will show how the cross-border developments of the hydrogen economy fit into the European framework and how companies based here can actively seize market development opportunities and become active across borders. In addition, municipalities along the border region will present their regional approaches to the use of hydrogen in the context of regional energy systems in best practices.

Transfer of the emission-free Water Taxi

Together with the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, AG Reederei Norden-Frisia is participating in the German/Dutch project "H2Watt". Among other things, the project is concerned with testing a specially developed catamaran as a "GreenWaterTaxi".

Spoilt for choice: Which fuel will win the race?

The workshop took place online on 08.07.2021 as part of the project Kompetenzzentrum GreenShipping Niedersachsne and in cooperation with the German and Dutch Shipowners' Associations and the project "H2Watt".

“Triple win” through cross-border hydrogen cooperation

Shaping the energy transition across borders - this was the motto of the first German-Dutch Hydrogen Day - the "Hydrogen Cross Border Conference" - which took place online on 5 February 2021 and was attended by around 700 people from business, science and politics.
